JOSEPH MARTIN

Joseph brings a strong construction background, underpinned by hands-on carpentry experience and practical site knowledge. Having worked across medium-large scale residential and refurbishment projects, he has developed a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of quality finishes and defect rectification. As a Director, Joseph has played a key role in driving the business from the outset, building strong relationships, establishing trusted partnerships, and leading SIA Group’s growth.His leadership is grounded in reliability, accountability, and delivering high-quality outcomes that meet project and handover expectations.
AIONA NONA
DIRECTOR
Aiona is a proud Badu Island man from the Torres Strait Islands, bringing a strong combination of cultural knowledge, construction expertise, and leadership to SIA Group. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management from Queensland University of Technology and has worked within Tier 1 construction environments as a Construction Manager on complex, multi-million-dollar projects. He has developed a strong understanding of large-scale project delivery, stakeholder engagement, and the coordination required to deliver high-quality outcomes. His leadership is grounded in accountability, strong relationships, and a practical approach to delivery. As a Director, Aiona plays a key role in driving business growth, strengthening partnerships, and ensuring we deliver both commercial outcomes and meaningful impact for Indigenous people and communities.
NUATALI WICKHAM
DIRECTOR
Nuatali brings a strong background in construction project management, supported by a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management and Quantity Surveying at Bond University. She has held leadership roles within Tier 1 environments, including with Lendlease, where she developed a strong understanding of large-scale project delivery, stakeholder engagement, and the importance of effective partnerships. With experience across WA, NT, and QLD on complex and refurbishment projects, Nuatali understands the demands of delivering high-quality outcomes within tight timeframes. Her approach is structured, relationship-driven, and focused on ensuring projects are completed to a high standard and ready for handover.
